Sushi Kytto Bar Digital Marketing Revamp

Sushi Kytto Bar was about to enter it’s 7th year of business and wanted to incorporate a better more robust website that would showcase their brand and spirit.

The Problem

Sushi Kytto Bar had expended to five restaurants, over 120 employees, and social media accounts that had grown to over 70,000. The logistics, processes and administrative tasks had become too time-consuming making the manager and owners work overtime throughout the week on these logistics.

Our Solution

Mikel Media was hired as a Digital & Project manager to do the following: 1. Establish a simple process for manager to submit the sales for the day. 2. Reports would feed a spreadsheet would would feed a dashboard for a simple way to consume the information as to how the restaurants were doing on a daily, week, monthly and year-to-date scenarios. 3. Created a web-app to provide the invoices from the vendors. 4. A Dashboard to quickly analyze the amount owed in 7, 30, 60, 90 days according to due dates and vendor. 5. Establish a due process for social media management. 6. Improve the audience targetting by creating landing pages, website redesign, and implemented the Pixels for Social Networks for better audience viewership.
