The Problem

Latin Gyros was just in its second year of operation and well onto its success. However, there are was an area of opportunity and to scale the business. Their social media presence and digital marketing were non-existent and most people didn't know about them.

Our Solution

The social media presence in Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business was established. Yelp and Trip Advisor Business Profiles were claimed and updated with the most up to date information and pictures. We started targeting tourists in the San Juan, Humacao, Luquillo, Fajardo, and other famous spots around the island. For interests, we began promoting the menu in both English and Spanish, describing the fusion cuisine of Latin and Greek food, the wines, coffee, and vegan options available. This approach led to Latin Gyros brand being renown in Puerto Rico, the tourist area, Airbnb Hosts recommending the restaurant to their guests, and even people traveling to Puerto Rico finding Latin Gyros because of recommendations of Google.
